Balance the body and mind through Thai massage, acupressure, and cupping therapy. Relax, heal, energize, through compression stretches and twists. Relieve tension in the body systems, detoxify, heal injuries, and strengthen through the power of the breath and movement.

We offer senior (+70) and full-time student discounts.

Class Descriptions

Reformer Class (RC): After a strong foundation in Pilates is established, Reformer classes are a great way to practice Pilates with friends. One instructor leads 2 to 4 clients, each on their own Reformer, through a series of Pilates exercises. The Reformer is the most popular and versatile piece of Pilates equipment, designed to facilitate hundreds of strengthening and stretching exercises. 55 minutes

Cardio & Core:  This is a challenging and invigorating workout with a combination of jumping (using the Jumpboard) and core work.  Take your Pilates workout to the next level!  55 minutes
