Pilates and Thai Flex Session Prices

We offer various packages to build your Pilates foundation into a healthy fitness lifestyle. For more information, or to schedule your sessions, please email, send us a message online, or call. We offer appointments Monday through Saturday. We’re happy to answer your questions and help you as you explore your path to better health, fitness, and well being. We also offer pricing discounts for seniors and students.

Pilates – The Introductory Package

3 sessions – $165

3 Private Pilates Sessions – Build a strong Pilates foundation by working one-on-one with an experienced instructor on the Pilates equipment. We recommend at least 2 sessions per week when beginning a Pilates program.

  • Your instructor will assess your current situation and base your individualized sessions on your needs, challenges, goals, and abilities.
  • The instructor will identify imbalances caused by weak, overdeveloped, or tight muscles to work toward restoring balance in your body.
  • You will be introduced to the Pilates fundamentals, including proper breathing, correct posture, and proper core recruitment.
  • Your instructor will help you become familiar with the equipment and setup for each exercise in your personalized workout.

Pilates – Private Sessions

We recommend continuing with private instruction until you are comfortable with your workout and the equipment setup necessary for each exercise.

Reformer Classes

After a strong foundation in Pilates is established, Reformer classes are a great way to practice Pilates with friends. One instructor leads 2 to 4 clients, each on their own Reformer, through a series of Pilates exercises. The Reformer is the most popular and versatile piece of Pilates equipment, designed to facilitate hundreds of strengthening and stretching exercises. We recommend completing a private session periodically to fine-tune your workout.

Jump Class is a unique way to get your abs firing, your heart pumping and musculoskeletal system moving. One of the many great benefits of practicing Pilates on the Jump Board is increased bone density and muscle strength without the stress on the joints from traditional plyometrics.

ThaiFlex Session

ThaiFlex is a form of bodywork that incorporates a combination of point pressure and yoga-like stretching.  A ThaiFlex session is great for stress relief and the elimination of tension in the body.  It is very beneficial for those who find themselves stiff, sore, and tired.  It enhances strength and flexibility, relaxes sore or tense muscles, and can help to rebuild lost range of motion.

During a ThaiFlex session, the client remains clothed throughout and the service is performed on a comfortable floor mat.  Sessions are 55 minutes in length.

The unique style and graceful movements of a ThaiFlex session bring well-being to both the client and the practitioner.

A full session fee will be charged for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
