If you are new to Pilates:
To build a strong foundation, you must first focus on the basics:
- Identifying the core muscles
- Learning proper body positioning – what is neutral?
- Start to practice proper Pilates breathing
- Learning how the spine moves – flexion, extension and rotation
- Becoming familiar with the Reformer and how to change the springs, football and box placement.

Enroll in the Introductory Reformer Class series. It is a 2 week, 2 session series and each session is 50 minutes. One teacher will lead 2-4 new students through a series of Pilates exercises on the Reformer. Here are the following dates:
